A Painting a Day

In 2004 a man named Duane Keiser began the discipline of painting one small painting a day and posting it to his blog (http://keiseronpainting.blogspot.com/search/label/apaintingaday). This began a movement called Daily Painting. I just recently learned about this (look it up for the details) and the first thought I had when I read it was that I could never paint a painting in one day. But as I thought about it more I realized that it would help my painting skills alot. It's like finger excercises for the pianist or scales for the singer. So today I began and in an hour and a half (all the time I had inbetween jobs) I created a little piece of clumsy beauty.

  2. I'll keep posting when I have time to paint :D Don't know what's going to happen when school starts. Maybe I'll still paint once a week.
